HackCT Post-Hackathon News
The inaugural HackCT Public Transportation took place in Hampton, Connecticut this past September and was a rousing success! Dozens of hackers were in attendance and upwards of a hundred participants came in and out of the EASTCONN venue throughout the hackathon weekend. Seven open source projects were created at the event to address the six rural transportation challenges formulated by the nonprofit alliance sponsoring the event, and the community formed at the event will continue to work towards making those projects into real, effective solutions for the region.
